medium zucchini (grated)

teaspoon black pepper (powdered)

Method
Serves: 4-5
Ready in: 25 mins
Grate the zucchini's and squeeze all of the juice out.
Mince dill, onion, spearmint and parsley and mix with the grated zucchini.
Add the eggs flour, salt, pepper and baking powder and mix well until you have formed a batter.
Add the olive oil into a pan and add a full tablespoon of batter into hot olive oil.
Fry in hot oil for 3 minutes (each side)
Serve hot with turkish garlic yogurt.
